Messengers From God

Luke 9:5 ~“And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.”~
Hey *Y’all! I hope everyone is living life to their full potential and spreading the good news that Jesus Saves! Today’s topic is about messengers from God. How many of *y’all know that if God wants to get a message across to you that he can use anyone or anything? It doesn’t have to be someone who is a minister, etc. from a church, etc. When God is trying to get our attention He will use who He wants to use. However, I know too many people who are so judgmental about certain people that they will reject the message, because of who the message came from. How many of *y’all know that when you do this you may be blocking your blessing or breakthrough, because you couldn’t see past the messenger? This doesn’t mean that everyone who comes up to you and says that they have a message from God is genuine – you definitely have to use discernment when dealing with spiritual matters. However, if you are praying and studying the Word then you will be prepared and know whether the messenger is giving you a true message from God. It will always line up with His Word! And yes there are some messages that are harsh and our flesh doesn’t want to receive them, but if it applies to you then deal with it! Please get over yourselves and learn how to hear from God and stop trying to keep him in a box, because He doesn’t move how we think He should move. This is something I had to learn early on in my Christian walk. I’ve been blessed countless times by people I least expected, because I was able to look past their outer appearance and receive the message. I challenge *y’all to get rid of preconceived notions of what a messenger from God should look like, instead allow the Holy Spirit to show you that blessings come in many forms.

Return To Sender

2 Corinthians 10-11 ~”Now whom you forgive anything, I also forgive. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ, 11 lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.”~
Hosea 4:6 ~”My people perish from a lack of knowledge.”~
Matthew 12:36 ~ “But I say unto you,That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.”~
Luke 6:45 ~ “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.”~
Hey *Y’all! I would like to say God Bless, and I pray this message speaks to someone out there today. How many of *Y’all know that when someone says something to you that is not true, that you can refuse to receive it and or return it to sender? What I mean is that there are a lot of people in the world who intentionally/ignorantly say things to you and try to get you to accept it on the sly. For instance, I had someone erroneously say to me “I heard you were under the weather sorry to hear that…” I had to correct her and say “ No , M’am I was not under the weather, I am healthy.” And as soon as I said it to her she said, “ All of these people are sick and under the weather and they look better than me…” So I corrected her again and said, “ No M’am, I was not under the weather, I am fine.” Another individual did something similar, recently by looking me up and down and saying, “Oooh! Look at you Diva!” So I had to correct again and say, “No M’am, I’m not a Diva, that’s a demon.” One thing as Children of God is that we need to make sure we read and learn the Word and stay educated on various terminology, and pray so that we can recognize when things said that are not of God are casually thrown at us. I realize that there are a lot of people out there that are ignorant to many of the enemy’s devices. Many people unknowingly use words that they have no idea what they mean. For example here are a few that are casually and ignorantly thrown around:
Diva – A goddess (demon) believed to have fallen from the sky to dwell with the people of a certain area.
Idol – An object, being, creature, or place worshipped, trusted and relied on as a god.
“Happy as Hell” - Hell is not a happy place; it is fiery, the place of the doomed, the cursed of God which was prepared as a place for the devil and his angels.
“Holy (profanity!)” – This is wrong on so many levels, there isn’t anything Holy about the profane.
Curse (words) - A term used for expletives, vulgar words to cast spells and overall a call of evil upon a person, action, or thing. The aim is to destroy, defile, or desecrate the sacred and holy. The slang version ‘Cuss’ refers to profanity that originally started out with the same objectives in mind.
Before I got saved I used to often spew curse words, because it was in my heart, and I didn’t understand the effects or the power of words. But now I know better, so I make an effort to speak life-giving words and keep them in my heart at all times, because remember “out of the heart the mouth speaks”. We need to make sure we watch every word we say, because we will give an account of every idle word on judgment day. Society has made it the norm to talk any kind of way and make it acceptable for you to receive it. I’m here to tell you that as Christians, we do not have to receive anything that is thrown at us. Refuse to receive any ole’ thing in your life! Return it back to the sender in the name of Jesus!

Psalm 118:24 ~“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”~
Matthew 7:5 ~“Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.”~
Luke 9:23 ~ “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”~
Psalm 66:10 ~“For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.”~
Revelations ~” I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.”
Hey *Y’all! I pray everyone is truly blessed in this New Year. Today’s topic is something that has been on my spirit, and I just can’t shake it. How many of *y’all hear people who claim to be saved say, “I’m saved But….” “I know Jesus But….." “I love but……” first of all the word But is not of God, when God speaks there is a Period at the end! We tend to add the Buts to make us feel better about the mess we are in! You should say "I’m saved. I know Jesus. I love." There are so many people hiding behind the Buts of this world. If you are saved you should be winning –not losing people to Christ. I know that we will have some not so great days, because we live in a chaotic world. Nevertheless ,this should still not be an excuse to stick a But into your love walk. Don’t you realize that others are watching you? Don’t you realize that the way you handle your so called bad day could make or break someone who is seeking God? For instance, if they hear you saying you are saved etc., and then see you cursing and acting a plum fool because of a bad day, they may decide to forego Jesus and stay and live like the world, because they feel that they want no parts of a hypocritical church. This is a serious issue! Souls are being lost because of hypocrites! Like I said previously, I know every day is not going to go our way; we are going to be uncomfortable, because this is not our permanent home! However, we still need to understand that being a Christian and Child of God is a 24 hour 7 Day a week job. We are to constantly be on our job and constantly trying to win others to Jesus. If we approach our job as slack, mean spirited, nonchalant Women/Men of God -it just ruins our witness. Please don’t let a “bad” day be an excuse for you to act like a fool, be either hot or cold, because He sees and knows all, and we will ALL give an account of our lives on Judgment day.
Please read my special prayer for you, “Father God in the name of Jesus I bind any evil spirits that have tried to hinder my love walk. I cast all my cares on you, please help me to walk, and talk as you do. You are my living perfect example past, present, and forever! Lord help me to gladly take up my cross daily to follow you. Lord fill me with your Word when I am in an uncomfortable situation, Lord help me to see myself, help me to remove the plank from my own eye instead of constantly trying to pick the speck out of my brothers eye! Lord use me to be a living, walking, breathing testimony so that others will be blessed after being in my presence. Blessed because they see your light shining in me! Lord help me to see that there are no bad days when I reside in you, help me remember that “all things work for the good of those who love You and, who have been called according to Your purpose.” Lord help me see that all trials and persecutions are purifying me for Your Kingdom! Lord help me to always be a building block and not a stumbling block so that I can add to (not take away) from your Blessed Kingdom! Lord where I am weak You are Strong! Lord please help me to magnify you at all times –Amen."

Contagious!

Jeremiah 17:14 ~”Heal me, O Lord, and I WILL BE HEALED; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise." ~
Luke 10:9 ~”And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.” ~
Hey *y’all! I pray everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving and please didn’t forget to thank Jesus for giving His life for us. Thank you for continuing to read this blog. Today while talking to one of my spiritual sisters on various issues, this thought stirred my spirit– “If you’re sick, how can you tell me how to get well?” It seemed so simple yet was truly profound. How many of *y’all know someone who is spiritually sick, but they are always trying to give you advice on how to get well? They speak on the topic as though they are certified doctors –yet they are constantly coughing, gagging, and throwing up various toxins ( hatred, malice, envy, gossiping, backbiting, misery). Their lives are contaminated and everything they touch is contaminated –yet they are quick to make house calls to tell you how to heal yourself, your family, and your house. Some of them give you spiritual remedies that they have not even tried themselves – but they want you to try them out. It seems that almost every time you see them they are literally walking around like Atomic Bombs- meaning they contaminate everything they touch and even those in the surrounding areas. The bottom-line is this if you are sick you can’t help me or anyone else get well! You can only pass on your contagions to others! You need to go to the ultimate healer (Jesus) and ask him to heal your sicknessed before you start issuing out medical (spiritual) advice. If this is something that you have dealt with or that speaks to your spirit, please pray this prayer with me “Father God in the name of Jesus thank you for being the ultimate healer! You protect me from all evil and I trust that no weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper. You gave me the power to tread on serpents and scorpions. You are the ultimate protector! Please forgive me for walking in disobedience! I plead the Blood of Jesus over any unholy alliances in my life –past and present. I ask you to remove all spiritual and physical toxins from my life so that I may be the healthy soldier you need me to be.”
Be Blessed *Y’all!

Check-Mark Christians

Mark 12:31~ “ And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.~”
Acts 15:8 ~ “And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us.~”
Luke 9:23 ~ “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”~
Matthew 7:20 ~ “Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."~
Hey *Y’all! I pray this message truly blesses someone today. Today’s topic is something that has been on my spirit lately. How many of *y’all know someone who only comes to church to check a block? I mean they only come to church for ‘show’ on Sundays, but during the rest of the week they live like heathens? They hoop, holler, shout, jump, and pass out on the altar, but on Monday through Friday, they curse, belittle, backbite, fight, and outright disrespect others. I’m writing on this, because it is becoming more common to see many “church folk” live like hell during the week, but then “act” all holy and sanctified on Sunday.
If you know someone who falls into this category, and if you consider them to be a friend of yours you need to pull them to the side and tell them to please stop playing in God’s house. Tell them to turn from their ungodly ways. If you are someone who acts like this, then you need to really look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself -Who are you fooling? Because you aren’t fooling God, He knows all and sees all. He evaluates our hearts, and He knows that you are putting on a show –and He is not impressed. He knows that your heart is hard, and that you back bite and belittle your brothers and sisters throughout the rest of the week. He also knows that some of you can’t even get into your cars good, before you take off your sanctified suits and put on your satan-fied suits. For those of you living like this; Aren’t you tired of playing with God? Aren’t you tired of putting on a show and only having a tired, sweaty body to show for it? Aren’t you tired of going to the altar and not seeing any changes in your life? If you are tired of this, then you must; 1.) Pray and ask God for deliverance, 2.) Pray and ask God to purify your heart. 3.)Pray and ask God to show you how to love others –everyday. 4.) Read and study the Word.
This message is not to belittle or point fingers at anyone; but it is to help you to better look at yourselves. If you don’t recognize that there is a problem then there can be no change. No one is perfect, but as Christians we should all be striving for perfection in Christ. We should leave our churches with a renewed spiritual strength ready to conquer –not join the world. This is not to say we won’t have some downer days, because we will all experience those too, but if all of your days are downers, then you need to truly evaluate your relationship with Christ. If you call yourself a true Child of God, then your fruit should represent this every day. You should be planting seeds of life so that you will draw sinners, etc. to God’s Kingdom, not running them off because of your hypocritical ways.
Aren't you ready to experience everything that God has in store for you? I can’t speak for you, but I can speak for myself when I say, “Yes Lord I am ready to walk in your ways, I want to experience true peace and love. Please cleanse me white as snow. Please purify my heart so that I will walk in the ways that please you, please send the Holy Spirit to convict me when I fall from your righteous path, Please help me to be a 24hr 7-day a week Christian, In Jesus Name I pray! Amen.

"The Blind Can't Lead The Blind"

Acts 9:18~ “And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.”~
Matthew 22:14 ~“For many are called, but few are chosen.”~
1 John 4:1 ~ "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”~
Hey *Y’all! I pray that this message blesses you today. Today’s topic is called “The blind can’t lead the blind." I chose this topic because I have seen so many people fall countless times, because they are following someone who is blind, someone who is blind but pretends to see, or someone who used to see but have lost their vision altogether. When you follow someone who can’t spiritually see you too will not be able to see and you will surely fall into the traps that the enemy has set up for you. The devil doesn’t play fair, and he loves when the blind leads the blind because he can literally get two souls for the price of one! For those of you that are following others blindly I pray that the scales are removed from your eyes and that you become a seer for yourself. There’s nothing wrong with having allies on the road to salvation, but make sure that your allies are spiritually competent to follow. For those of you following someone who is pretending like they can see, but are truly just as blind or blinder than you. I pray that you learn how to test their spirit and look at their fruit. If it is rotten then run as far away as possible -in the opposite direction because it is a trap of the enemy! And lastly if you are following someone that started out on the righteous path, but somehow lost their way then you need to let their hand go too, and continue on without them because they will certainly lead you down the pathway to destruction. Pray that they turn from their evil ways and get back on track.
How can you know for sure if you are following someone who is spiritually blind? 1. Pray about it! God always answers prayers and He will not steer us in the wrong direction-ever! 2. Read the Bible - stay in the Word because it is something we need to live! When we skip on reading the Word it is easier for us to be manipulated by the enemy. 3. Test the Spirit – always test someone’s spirit that you aren’t sure of and if it doesn’t line up with what the Word says then you have most likely been entertained by a blind individual. It is getting harder and harder to live out in this world, and the Word says, “For many are called but few are chosen”. My Brothers and Sisters in Christ If you truly love Jesus and want to go higher then please don’t let anyone trick, scam, or scare you out of your salvation. Be careful about who you follow!

One Way.

I am speaking from experiences, because when I was living foul in the world and chasing mirage after mirage no one could tell me anything either. I really believed that the things I was chasing were real, and that they really did make me happy and satisfied when in actuality I was still hurting and wanting true love. But thankfully today I stand before *y’all a new and improved creature who has truly learned to open my spiritual eyes and see that the only thing that is constant and true is Jesus Christ! His love is true, His gifts are true, and His joy is true. When I ran to Him He didn’t let me down, He is a constant provider in my life. When all of the mirages and illusions of the world let me down, He continues to uplift and strengthen me. If you are tired of chasing the mirages and illusions, etc. of the world, then I pray you call on the only One who can save you! Jesus is the only way to the Father. Please stop believing worldly lies and teachings and considering the other ways because they will only lead you to what appears to be Heaven but in actuality – will send you to a very real eternal hell.

What Do You See?

Ezekiel ~"Son of man, you are living among a rebellious people. They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious people."~
Psalm 51:10 ~ “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”~
Matthew 7:1 ~”Judge not, that ye be not judged.”~
2 Corinthians 5:17 ~“Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things are passed away; behold, new things have come."~
Hey *Y’all! I pray that this message speaks to someone out there today. The message is something that has been on my heart and spirit lately –truly looking at others with Jesus –filled eyes. Awhile back I was at a local office and I was waiting to be seen, and while I was sitting there a stranger began talking to me, so I turned around to look at him, and what I saw before me was a man who was physically not all that pleasing to the eyes, he was elderly, disheveled, and disfigured but while he was talking to me I could feel the presence of God in the room. This man was so kind, and he even reassured me that I was in the right place to be seen.He was filled with the light of God. I was so touched by this man that when he left the room I literally wondered if anyone else could see him too. After talking with him I began to think about that scripture in Hebrew 13:2 “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.” This really got me thinking about how many of us look at other people on a daily basis. How many of us really look at our brothers and sisters with the love of Jesus? How many of us too quickly judge people by how they look, the clothes they wear, the car they drive, etc., etc.? I will raise my hands to these, because I am guilty of this offense too. The world (satan) has many ways to make others feel inferior or not as good as some based on many superficial things. Please don’t get me wrong, there isn't anything wrong with taking care of yourselves, looking nice, and having nice things but if the nice looks and nice things are all you have to offer , you may want to really evaluate your heart and see what’s really there. You can be the most beautiful being on the outside, but if your heart is evil ,and you constantly spew out evil things then your actions say that you belong to the evil one. Fortunately, there is someone (Jesus!) who can give you a true beauty makeover. He can make you over from the inside out. Your entire mind, body, and soul can literally be transformed. You can be a new creature (if you want it.)
I recently prayed for the Lord to make me over and work more on my heart and the things that aren’t right in me verses always looking at my brother or sister’s imperfections. I prayed for him to guide my every word and action and help me bear good fruit for others to eat. Sadly, many are too quick to see the bad things in others verses seeing the good in them; they are too quick to write someone off as worthless. I pray that all of *y’all reading this blog begin to really look at each other with the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. Truly, take the worldly glasses off and open your Jesus- filled eyes and begin to see people’s true hearts and spirits, if their hearts are hard -love them anyway, (even if it means loving them from a distance) but also pray for them -instead of judging them. You never know you just may be the one to help melt their icy cold hearts. I know this is not an easy task but instead of asking “What would Jesus do?” start being proactive and start Doing what Jesus would do.

No Entertainment Tonight!

Mark 2:16-17 ~“When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners? On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”~
Matt 10:7-8 ~"And as ye go, preach, saying, the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, and raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give."~
Matthew 15:7-8 ~ "You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:“‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.”~
Psalm 51:10 ~ "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”~
Hey *Y’all! I pray this message helps minister to someone out there today. Today’s topic is something that seems to be running rampant in society right now. It is the process of entertaining people who are spiritually sick, and others making them feel like they are okay when in actuality they are not. For instance, How many of *y’all know someone that is sweet one moment and then they have a mean nasty attitude the next? How many of *y’all know someone that quotes scriptures one minute and then are violently cursing/fighting the next? How many of *y’all know someone who quotes scriptures about Jesus on their social networking site(s) one day, but cursing and talking about ‘feeling their fury or wrath’ the next? Or know someone who says they have another side to them (alter ego) and some are even bold enough to even name them? How many of *’y’all know someone who says that they know Jesus but their actions say that they belong to the evil one?
Well if you know someone who is like this, you need to know that they may have demon(s) (evil spirits) residing in them, and they need prayer, prayer that helps deliver them, because they are really tormented souls who believe the enemy’s lies that they are not good enough or that they have gone too far in sin, etc. They believe that God doesn’t want them, and many are living their lives in shame. I’m here to tell you to please call on Jesus and ask him to save you! He loves you and wants all of you! The devil is a liar who wants you in hell with him. His end has already been determined, but he is a kamikaze soldier who wants to take as many people to hell with him. If you know someone who is suffering and wants help please pray for them and point them in the right direction, but please don’t entertain them! By entertaining I mean don’t act or pretend that they are sober minded. When we entertain them they won’t change and will probably become worse. Don’t flatter them and make them think that they are okay, because the truth is they are suffering. They need help. Always be real with them, but please do so in love. Don’t correct with the intentions of hurting or shaming them. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you when helping them.
Why am I speaking on this topic? Because I used to be someone that thought I was alright even though I had a mean and nasty spirit(s) and hurt many people, I was able to justify it in my mind because I was hurting, but thankfully a Child of God recognized and took time out to help me see the light, and finally I was able to see myself, and since I didn’t like what I saw I decided to give my life whole heartedly to Jesus. Now that I am living in the light, I want others to also experience this joy and peace that only Jesus Christ can deliver. Please keep in mind that this is not an overnight process, and all people do not want help –some like where they are and want to keep their demons, but for those who do want deliverance – Come! the Kingdom of God awaits you!

Luke 4:4 ~”And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.”~
Happy New Year *Y’all! I pray that this message blesses your spirit! This morning as I was running on the tread mill, I began to think about how so many of us put so much into making our physical bodies healthier and stronger. I mean some of us have the calories of the food we place in our mouths calculated down to the last crumb. Some of us take multi-vitamins, drink plenty of water, and lift umpteen pounds of weights to make our muscles stronger. So many people invest hours of time into developing their bodies.

Got Peace?

Isaiah 26: 12 ~”Lord, You will ordain peace (God's favor and blessings, both temporal and spiritual) for us, for You have also wrought in us and for us all our works.”~
Ephesians 6: 23 ~”Peace be to the brethren, and love joined with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” ~
Matthew 5: 9 ~”Blessed are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!”
Let me tell you something about the peace that I have found in Jesus! Peace has stopped me from cursing out that person who cut me off in traffic, Peace has stopped me from getting angry when someone is all up in my space cursing me to hell and back, Peace has kept me calm when I didn’t know where my next meal or job was coming from, Peace has kept me from snapping and giving my mind over to the enemy because he was egging me on to just ‘give up’, Peace has kept me from losing my cool about past hurts when the culprit(s) was sometimes standing right in front of me as though nothing ever happened. Peace (Jesus) has truly kept me!
I say all of this to let you know that we will ALL endure hard times, and we will ALL have our share of suffering while here on this earth, but if you throw your peace out the window every time the circumstances don’t line up with what you think or want to happen then you need to really evaluate your relationship with Christ. Who is He to you? Is He someone to call on only when you are in trouble? Well I’ll tell you what he means to me. He is my LOVE, my JOY, and my PEACE. When I look at my reflection in the mirror I see Him. My pain of past hurts, and heartaches no longer distort my view. I don’t know about *y’all but even though the world tends to follow in the footsteps of the chaotic one, I will continue to follow in the footsteps of the Ultimate Peace Maker!

Walk in Love.....

Matthew 7:21-27 ~"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!"~
Matthew 12:33-35 ~"Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him~".
Hey *Y’all! I pray many blessings on everyone reading this today. Today’s topic is something that I feel is a big problem in God’s community. Recently, I went into an office to take care of some business and when I arrived there, there were two women in the office sitting at their desks, one of the ladies had several Bible based items skewed all over her cubicle, and she was loudly blasting Gospel music. The other lady didn’t have anything on her desk but it was neat and orderly as she quietly worked. As I sat there the phone rang and the other lady answered and then asked ‘Gospel lady’ if she could please turn her music down a little so she could hear the phone call. The ‘Gospel lady’ immediately got loud and said, “I am not turning the Lord’s music down!!! This place needs to hear the Lord! and I’m not going to let the devil tell me to turn my music down!! etc….etc …….. The lady on the phone just shook her head in frustration and tried to continue her phone conversation.
As I sat there observing the situation, I began to think about all of the people who call themselves Children of God, but their actions expose them as a child of the enemy. Instead of using their swords (Word) on the enemy they use it to carelessly slice up others; for instance, I have seen several instances where the ‘Christian’ would belittle, stomp, and fuss by using scriptures in a retaliatory way to get their point across… I have heard several angrily say “Favor isn’t fair! Or I am blessed and highly favored!!!” Okay. I’m not disputing any of those comments, because there isn’t anything wrong about knowing our place in the kingdom and knowing that we are powerful children of the most high, BUT you do not have to belittle and talk down to others. When you act like this you are siding with the devil and his kingdom.
Jesus didn’t walk around beating people over the head with his beliefs; he drew people with his kindness and love. This is one of the main reasons why the world looks at church people as being so hypocritical. I don’t know about *y’all, but I look at a person’s fruit…..if you claim you are saved and are living for Jesus, etc., then your fruit should reflect this. There should be a joy and peace about you that makes people want to be around you ,because they see God’ s light shining in you.
You have to understand that the world is watching us and waiting on us to slip up. Don’t give the enemy ammunition! When you became saved you should have become a new creature, putting aside old ways and striving to be like him in every way. For those of you battling bad attitudes, stubbornness, etc, Please stop the madness!!! and let Jesus Christ truly come into your heart and ask him to change you for the better in all things. Let’s show the world how to correctly walk in love.

A Growing Problem
1 Corinthians 13:4:4 ~"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.”~
James 3:16 ~"For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.”~
Hey *Y’all! I hope everyone is enjoying their 2010 Summer. Today’s topic is something that many of us have dealt with in some form or another - Envy, but the difference is that some of us know how to give those feelings to God, repent, and move on, but sadly many of us give in to this awful destructive spirit. I believe envy is truly the root of all evil; for example, in the Bible Cain killed his brother Able because he was jealous, Joseph's brothers sold him into slavery because of their envy of him, Saul tried to kill David because of his hatred and envy……… Do you see a pattern?
If envy is not properly dealt with at its root, it will grow into a nasty destructive vine that will consume everything it touches. I realize that we all sin and fall short of God’s glory, but if you are someone who is constantly comparing yourself to others and /or always trying to outdo someone else, then you may have an envy problem. You need to look at yourself and truly give it to God and let him deliver you. If you are constantly envious of others, you will not have peace in your life.
When you have a true relationship with Jesus Christ there is no room for envy because in order to know him you have to know love and love and envy cannot coincide. If you are envious you are basically saying you aren’t happy with what God has blessed you with. Please don’t misunderstand me, there isn’t anything wrong with being motivated to achieve certain goals that someone else has achieved, because we are supposed to use each other’s testimonies as motivation to advance God’s kingdom. But if you are constantly consumed by trying to outdo others, then you may have a deeper problem. Everyone’s walk is different and you don’t know what someone has truly gone through to get them where they are.
On this walk with Christ I have learned to be content with what he has blessed me with. I truly feel that what is for me -is FOR ME! I’m thankful for all my blessings in life because I remember where he brought me from. I know he is a merciful God! So instead of worrying about why you don’t have what someone else has, you should lift your hands up in praise and shout “Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus for blessing me! I am truly content with my portion!"

Wait On Him!

Psalm 37:34 ~“Wait on the Lord and keep His way, and He shall exalt thee to inherit the land.”~
Isaiah 40:31 ~“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.”~
Hey *Y’all! Thank you for continuing to read what God places upon my heart. Recently, I’ve been thinking about what waiting on God really means to a true believer. How many of *y’all are waiting on God to do something for you? During your wait are you trusting and believing that He is going to come through for you? Or are you only looking at the physical and paying attention to what man says you can or cannot have? Many people “say” they are waiting on God, but when the physical doesn’t appear to line up with the spiritual, they start doubting what God has promised them. When we doubt what God has promised us, then we are siding with the enemy and instead believing his filthy lies. As a true believer of Jesus Christ who has had her share of trials here on this earth, I am here to tell you, that you have to always wait on God!
No matter what that woman or man says, no matter what that doctor says, no matter what that employer says, you should still wait on God! He always has the final say! God is not a liar and if he promised you something –he will deliver and he will deliver it in his timing! Don’t let the enemy make you doubt –he is a liar and a deceiver whose only mission is to destroy you and your relationship with Jesus! For the babes in Christ I pray that your Faith grows so that you too, can move mountains! You must realize that you are a Child of the Most High God! And you have Great Power on this earth! But you must always have Faith in Him. When faced with difficult situations, don’t doubt, stay focused, and always trust Jesus! If you are in a difficult situation, and you feel your beliefs begin to shake, pray for the strength to endure, and to persevere during those trying times so that you can reap your blessings. No matter the circumstance, always wait on God because his Word is true.
Be Blessed *Y’all!

The Promise

Hebrews 9:27-28 ~”Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
John 3:3 ~”In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”~
Proverbs 16:25 ~"There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death."~
Hey *y'all! I hope this blog continues to be a blessing to you. I’ve always enjoyed writing, but writing for God’s Kingdom is so fulfilling, because if I can reach just one person then this blog is well worth it. A few weeks ago I was talking with someone, and the Holy Spirit prompted me to ask them, “Do you think you will go to heaven when you die?” and this person said, “I think it is presumptuous for anyone to know for sure whether or not they will go to heaven…..” Obviously, this person didn’t know about the promise so I corrected this person by telling them that the Word says that whoever believes in Jesus Christ and accepts him as their Lord and Savior will go to Heaven. It is God’s promise to all of us who accept his son Jesus who died for ALL of our SINS and rose again on the third day. He was the innocent lamb who was sacrificed for all of our sins. In order to receive this promise you must repent, have Faith, and make him Lord of your life.
After you are born-again you should strive to live a victorious Christian life. This doesn’t mean you won’t sin, but when you do you should repent and be convicted by the Holy Spirit so you won’t continue to fall into the same temptations. Once you accept Christ as your savior, you are indeed a new creature! Please know that this is not an overnight process, but a daily walk that doesn’t get easier, in fact as you grow-up spiritually, it will get harder, because once you confess Jesus as Lord of your life, the devil will come at you even harder, because he wants to kill you and send you to hell with him, (Hell is a horrible place where man is eternally separated from God -meaning no matter how much you cry out to God he won’t answer you because you had free will while here on Earth to choose Jesus before you died, but you refused- so there are no more choices for man in hell).
So my advice to *y’all is to Choose JESUS NOW, choose life now, choose to allow Jesus to transform your heart and spirit now, and choose to love at all times now. This world is becoming more and more unstable everyday, and hate seems to be the dominating factor because so many have chosen their own way instead of God’s way. Just take God at His word and claim His salvation by Faith. Believe, and you will be saved. No church, no lodge, no good works can save you! This is not a game, and it saddens me every time I hear of someone dying who did not choose Jesus. I often wonder if they were still living what they would say. Would they choose differently? I think they would indeed choose Jesus now if given another opportunity, but unfortunately they can’t do that, because they already made their horrifying eternal choice. Please don’t end up like them! Remember no matter what you have done Jesus still loves you, and He will take you back, but you have to call on him before it’s too late. Call on him NOW.

“Have No Fear!”

2 Timothy 1:7 ~ "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”~
Luke 10:19 ~“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” ~
Hello! I hope that *y’all are blessed and are able to receive this message today. Today's topic is fear. Many of *y’all already know that fear is not of God ,but some of us still let it control us anyway. If you are living in constant fear of anything, you need to rebuke that feeling in the name of Jesus! How can you be fearful of anything here on this earth when you know that no matter what happens, you will go to Heaven to be with the Father and the Son? This doesn’t mean you should live wreck-less lives and not care about your lives here on this earth, but it does mean that you should live with your head held high and walk with the confidence that says “I am a child of God and No weapon formed against me shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17) . There are many evil things going on in this world, and since we live in this world sometimes our lives will be affected by those evil things, -unfortunately we are not exempt, but the key is to never lose your faith, and to still love regardless whether or not they love you back.

Heart Check
Matther 12:34 ~“You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.~” Proverbs 16:23 ~” A wise man's heart guides his mouth, and his lips promote instruction.”~
Luke 6:45 ~“The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks.”~
Proverbs 4:23 ~ “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.”~
Psalm 19:14 ~”May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.~”
Matthew 12:36 ~”But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken.
Thank you for reading and I hope this blog continues to bless *y’all as it does me. Today’s topic is about one of my all time favorites - choosing our words wisely. Recently, I was speaking with someone who erroneously stated that “God knows our hearts, our mouths may say some bad things but it doesn’t mean anything because God knows our hearts….”. Well before I knew it I had said the Bible states that, “Out of the mouth the heart speaks.” Unfortunately, this person and a lot of other people are inaccurate in their thinking on this subject. Yes, God truly knows our hearts, and he knows that we will make mistakes and sometimes not say the right things at the right times, but we are also supposed to repent and try to get better and as Christians we should be showing steady progress in our walk in many ways. If you only speak negative and hurtful things then what does that say about your heart? If the only thing you give is rotten fruit then what does that say about you -the tree? I'm not trying to beat anyone up because "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of god,"Romans 3:23.
